Nice place, great location on Waterway, but Vacasa reservation system was terrible! They never processed our Expedia reservation, could have cared less about our confirmation. One Vacasa reservationist saved the day for us by getting us into one of last open units, but the system is a joke regardless of their excuses.

We love everything!!! It was a beautiful scenery!! We really love how the room was ready for us!
Everyone was very friendly and the property was very clean. The only part I didn’t like is that I had 3 vehicles and they only gave me parking passes for 2 and my 3 had to park under a bridge away from the property, by itself. The property was not so full that my 3rd car should have had to park under a bridge.
It was a great place, very clean and the staff was always friendly when you say them in the building. The only reason I gave a middle area for Service was because it didn't apply. No checking in or out it was all self done (which I thought was amazing) It did say we would have maid service one day during our 5 day stay but no one ever came by. And we were always gone in the morning before front desk staff arrived and out till after they would leave for the night. But other than that it was amazing and we will be booking again with them.
We had a great stay other than the tv in the living room not working. Will be staying again soon!
The room could have used a little more cleaning prior to my familys arrival but it was good enough. The entrance smelled of cigerettes and the room could of been aired out prior to arrival.
