This was a miserable experience. The front desk and manager were actually unkind to us and turned us away at 9 pm with no help and treated us like we were ignorant and untrustworthy. They need training on how to help folks when there has been a misunderstanding or mistake! Horrible. The worst ever!
We came here to visit with family in the area. Didn't want to impose on them. This is a fantastic place, away from the hustle and bustle of the Grand Strand
