The bed was loose

The location. It was amazing. There is a nice ice cream shop nearby with low sugar options. It’s not too far from the beach. They have bicycles to use. They give free beach chairs to use. They also give free beach passes.

The reception area is kind of grungy. Needs a deep clean or airing out or something.

Most romantic place have ever stayed! Great breakfast, coffee on front porch, owners the best! Stay here you will have a great time!

The owner was very sociable. He helped us with planning different activities during our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at Wilbraham Mansion. Everything was very clean and breakfast was excellent. Hope to stay here again.

It was ok! the new suites are supplied with all things modern with a Victorian touch. I 💯 understand & sympathise with the fact that taking care of a Victorian mansion takes a lot of $$$$ hard work and dedication and the prices won’t be enough to cover the costs BUT for guests who are coming for R&R at a B&B want the extra TLC package for the price they are paying - the 24/7 heated pool was a great touch and private parking was a plus. Price of the place was same level as the rest of the high end/ocean-view hotels SO perhaps a daily wipe of the bathroom sinks/toilet and floors and placement of toiletries daily was not much to ask - having a stand or a place to place swimsuits so they could dry before the next day would be a thought as it is a beach town after all..Too many rules using jacuzzi and too many signs of violating properties guests will be fined.. Breakfasts were served but after staying >2 days became monotonous, egg & sausage daily. Fruit cups were a nice Victorian touch. Few juices other than orange would be nice for a B&B so guests feel more welcomed. the muffins in plastic wraps were a turn off and gave the do not touch vibe. Small changes can help the place, a stand saying what’s the menu that morning and let guests with dietary restrictions OR not read and know their choices. Coffee was available 24/7 and some days a small dessert was available to munch on before or after lunch/dinner which was a nice touch… Definitely an adult only low key quiet hotel.

Beautiful Historic Bed and Breakfast in an Excellent Location. The room was comfortable, clean with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious!
