As a couple who frequently travel across Asia and Europe and usually stay at 4–5 star hotels, we can confidently say this hotel offers some of the best services we’ve ever experienced. The sea view room was spacious, comfortable, and offered very nice ocean views. Breakfast had many good options, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. What impressed us most was the honesty and care of the staff. We accidentally left important belongings behind twice, and both times the hotel contacted us and safely returned everything. Truly exceptional service from every staff member. Thank you very much again. If we return to Phuket, we will definitely stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat zwei Swimmingpools. Einen Dach-Swimmingpool mit einer Tollen Aussicht, sowie einen größeren Pool in der Nähe der Rezeption. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, besser geht es nicht. Der öffentliche Sandstrand in der Nähe des Hotels ist nicht so Toll. Aber man kann den Privatstrand des Schwestern Hotels Cape Panwa benutzen, zu dem es eine Shuttle Service gibt.

This is our 2nd visit to Kantary Bay and we’re already looking to come back next year. We arrived quite early to the hotel, however were upgraded and allowed to check in hours ahead of time. All the staff are so friendly and polite - special thanks to Bow and Nicha, with whom we interacted quite a lot. We didn’t get everyone’s name, but everyone working at reception and the rest of the hotel in general were all fantastic. We met quite a few couples this time round who have been coming here for years and years, which is a testament to the hotel in itself. There’s a free shuttle that takes you to the sister hotel where you can use their private beach for free. Kantary Cafe onsite has quite a few lunch items, iced coffees and cakes, and again, the staff in there are lovely. Our only complaint, which is of our own doing, is that our time here wasn’t long enough! If you’re after a holiday that’s away from the noise of places like Patong, this is the place to come - I highly recommend! You can always catch a Bolt into the centre for pennies if you want to go to the markets or do a bit of shopping

Staff were excellent and accomodating. Addressed any concerns we had and treated us so well. We were well looked after.

Bed sheets weren't changed regularly. Cleanliness could be slightly improved.

Great view from rooftop pool! Lovely staff. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Very clean, and grounds were lush and tropical. Sister hotel with beach and bus every 20 minutes. Close to stores, restaurants.
