"A very cozy hotel with convenient infrastructure, professional staff, and a gorgeous sea view."

10.0

The hotel isn't located in the center of Giardini Naxos, but a little further beyond the archaeological park and the pier where excursion boats depart. This isn't a minus, but a plus, as you're not disturbed by the resort noise at night—you fall asleep to the sound of the sea waves. The room is small but very functional: a bed, two nightstands, a table, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. There's a TV and a refrigerator. There's also air conditioning, which works quietly and efficiently. The bathroom is large: a shower, bidet, and a convenient washbasin—great for storing cosmetics. There are four mirrors in the room, two of which are full-length, making it very convenient for women. Even if there were any complaints about the room, the balcony and sea view are simply superb; that alone earns the hotel top marks! Cleaning is daily and high-quality. A big thank you to the staff who cleaned up every day! Two girls work at the reception in shifts: Anna and the second one, unfortunately, I didn't ask their names. They were very professional and knowledgeable, handling all the issues that arose, from everyday matters to assistance with booking excursions! It's nice when a hotel goes the extra mile to ensure guests' relaxation! The breakfast is more Italian-style, with a huge selection of sweet pastries. But they also have hot dishes, and they even fry eggs right before your eyes. Bacon, sausages, cold meats, and cheese are available! The staff promptly restocks the menu and clears the table. The pool is saltwater; the entry into the sea is a bit rocky, but there are three different ways to get into the water. There are plenty of sun loungers. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with flower beds. Everything is very compact, and most importantly, there's a private beach, so you don't have to walk or drive to it!

I didn't quite understand the hotel concept: the left wing is the Nike 4* hotel, and the right is the Kalos 3*. The only differences are the rooms and the lobby. The reception, breakfast restaurant, beach, and pool are shared between the two hotels. I didn't compare prices, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Not very good internet connection in the hotel and in the room

"Hotel antiguo con mucho ruido"

6.0
