Upon arrival Shayma at the reception desk , greeted us warmly and was exceptionally efficient and caring ,. We require two rooms which were hastaly booked on my part , which required rearranging so they were near each other , she secured two perfect rooms with harbor view so my two 90 year young companions could gaze at the sea as they-relaxed in to rooms , In order to accommodate our special room needs ,Mounia was still making the room ready as we arrived at the room ,she quickly finished up , with genuine caring escorted the ladies safely in , The staff and especially Shayma and Mounia were fantastic thank you thank you. William

Ma femme et moi avons passé un très bon séjour au Marina bay. L'accueil ètait très chaleureux, le personnel souriant. Nous avions une suite avec vue imprenable sur la Marina. L'emplacement est idéal. Nous y retournerons.

Avec ma famille nous tenons à remercier Nabil pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et son professionnalisme ainsi que tout le personnel qui était d’une grande gentillesse, tout était parfait, le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous espérons y retourner très vite.

Piscine un peu trop froide sinon rien à dire, excellent accueil, hôtel très propre et on s’y sent très bien.
