Very easy to find, clean but needs updating. outside machine to get keys was very useful. Could use with signs of where to go once in the building as we arrived in the evening and we're a bit unsure where to go after getting the keys.

This is not worthy of 3 stars, this is 1 or 2 star accommodation. At check in we were given a dirty ground floor room, poor mattresses and no mechanical ventilation which meant windows that opened onto a bus stop with people smoking, broken floor tiles and fixtures. We were upgraded to a much bigger room on the 4th floor which was much better (still broken floor tiles and fixtures) but probably worth an average review

Property did not have a fire alarm sensors in the rooms and a very faint alarm sound was audible in the hallway, there was no staff in the premises to guide and help and guest had to call the firemen

Good location for access to Disney and the adjacent shopping centre. Room was nice with a little kitchen which was handy but we had a lot of noise from the room above as we were on the ground floor. Beds were comfy.

Reception was very friendly and we had no issues xhecking in or out. Underground parking was great and for a reasonable €11 per night (24hrs). Short walk to Disneyland or train station with trains until midnight to the centre of Paris (30ish minutes). Room was a little dated. Bedding was clean, but had to make the sofabed ourselves (despite booking for 5) and the crockey/cutlery was not all clean, but nothing awful.

Good location and just what we needed for Disneyland. It wasn't easy to make any meals though. We only had one glass for four of us and also only three tablespoons.

Very nice apartment,clean room with all facilities! Close to RER and Disneyland parks! We enjoyed our stay! Thanks very much!

Convenient location to Disney and also Paris. Great facilities nearby including a huge shopping mall.

Perfect if you need a place to stay for Disney, nice little kitchen for cooking a simple meal and keeping breakfast things/ packed lunches to stop prices rocketing up.

Excellent communication from property as we were arriving after reception closed for the day. Easy clear instructions to gain access to room. Highly recommend for families visiting Disneyland Paris as bus stop close by. Parking on the street free overnight and 2 hours during daytime. Apartment clean and big enough for 3 adults to share.
