It was nice to stay there with my child

Location is good, staff were polite, spacious parking ,

Grounds in unmanaged state,lots of litter around car park,and some drug taking stuff, needs picking up,rooms very basic and dusty,fag burns on this window cill,carpet needs cleaning, nets to small for the windows,

Great size room, accommodating staff and good value for money

I thought overall it was great. Had a little mishap with room key when I arrived where maintenance was called but was fixed in 10 mins.

Helpful staff, room a little old and dated, but clean.

It was convenient to get to Bolton city centre and close enough to food outlets when required. Staff were helpful throughout.

When I opened the door of the room each timeI could get a smell of smoke. Furniture was outdated with burn marks on the side table and stain on the wall. When I checked in I was allocated a room- what I didn’t expect was it not to be updated on the system and then at 1:30am/2am to have my door opened by one site security person. The building is like a converted school building in need of a renovation but not worth the cost per night if I didn’t require it for the event.
