We had the most fantastic time at this hotel. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was great quality & there was always lots to choose from. Room was kept very clean, with fresh towels and lovely soft bedding. The location is perfect, the short walk to the beach was ideal! We can’t wait to visit again- thank you.

The amazing lookout from the pool was great. The breakfast was elite with so much to choose from even make you own mimosa’s.

We had a garden view room, which needed some maintenance attention, the bathtub was falling off the wall. There was no accessible to drinkable water, hotels only option was being forced to purchase 4euro small cans of water. Unfriendly and not attentive reception staff, no warm welcome on arrival. We requested a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving early which was extremely disappointing as it consisted of stale sandwich’s. Not even a bottle of water.

We loved our stay at the ICON Valparaiso. Hotel staff were the highlight. Positive, attentive and fun. The Hotel property was lovely. Rooms were nicely decorated and lovely. Food prepared at the hotel was excellent. Great place to stay as adults and adult couples.

Great view and nice are to chill around the pool. There's a little path to the beach which was great too. The room was comfortable.

Our towels didn't get changed even when we asked, our shower towel just disappeared and they didn't replace it until I went to reception to ask. The tap water is undrinkable and they only give you 2 bottles of water at the beginning of the trip, so we had to go out and buy big bottles. Parking was hit and miss, only managed to park outside hotel once, rest of the time was finding a space on the road. Staff at the bar were hit and miss, some were better than others. One of them refused to give my wife a non-alcoholic cocktail because "we would be paying the same amount as an alcoholic one". Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

10 out of 10, the manager is top, friendly service, cozy place and nice location just to relax and recharge your energy!

Frühstücksbuffett ist für ein Boutiquehotel sehr üppig. Es hat eigentlich alles was man sich von einem Buffett erwartet. Top Aussicht aus dem Restaurant. Sowohl von drinnen, als auch von der Terrasse. Wirklich einzigartiger Standort.

Das Abendessen war gut, aber auch ein wenig langweilig. Es gab so viele tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung (Portocolom, Cala d'Or), dass wir aber verwöhnt waren. Das Abendessen war halt im Vergleich eher gewöhnlich. Service war aber immer top.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing and the views breathtaking. It’s really worth it paying a bit extra for the sea view room! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and snacks at the bar were ok - definitely not as bad as some reviewers say and I say this as someone very picky and demanding about food.

It’s visible that there used to be an old mediocre hotel before and Icon did some refurbishing and polishing up. However, some things might need refreshing - old airco, doors, etc. But overall the decor is nicely done and rooms and facilities are comfortable!
