I’m sorry for the late review, but I absolutely have to give this hotel a 1000% positive rating! The hotel was very quiet, and even on rainy days, the view from the restaurant by the window was incredibly beautiful. Most importantly, the service here was the best experience of my entire trip! My friend and I arrived by rental car, but the next day the car battery died. We called roadside assistance, but because of the language barrier, they had trouble finding us and were delayed for a long time. So we asked the hotel staff for help. Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. They first tried to fix the problem themselves, and although they couldn’t solve it in the end, they invited us to wait comfortably inside the hotel and helped communicate with the roadside assistance team in Spanish, making sure they found our exact location. Eventually, the car was fixed thanks to their help. We left in such a hurry that we didn’t properly thank them at the time, so I really want to express my gratitude here. Thank you so much for your kindness and support! Fabulous hotel located in a secluded part of Cala Miranda. Direct access to the beach which was not very busy. Staff were very accommodating. My wife was feeling unwell and they did their best to help, which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. Love the outdoor pool area. Didn’t manage to use it to the full extent due to the weather. Also used the gym which was very good too. Lunch menu was fine, but portions were a bit on the small side. Definitely recommend having a car to get around since the hotel is not close to most places. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, food was delicious, staff were friendly and very kind. The room with the see view worth every penny, the beach also easily accessible, beautiful and very calm. Loved it. :)

Lovely long weekend awful weather but Fabulous stay credit to the front desk staff who were lovely and very accommodating . Lovey small place chilled vibes good to have a car , great breakfast all great thanks 😎

We have just spent 5 nights at this hotel and we couldn’t recommend it enough. I want to start by saying all of the staff here are an absolute credit to the company. They make you feel so welcomed and looked after in all areas of the hotel. In particular, I would like to thank Sergio at the front desk. Upon arrival he was very welcoming and gave us a map where he gave us detailed recommendations based upon what we wanted to achieve this holiday. We followed up on serval of Sergio’s recommendations and they were amazing. We hiked a mountain and it was very quiet and peaceful, away from the normal busy tourist hotspots, thanks to Sergio! Natalia in the restaurant was also very kind and welcoming. She made sure we were very well looked after and felt very personable. If you wish to explore the island ontop of relaxing at the hotel, I would definitely recommend hiring a car. I can comment on public transport links as we didn’t use them, but we had a rental car and we traveled all over the island from this hotel. Most places are around 45mins / 1 hour away, but we found it very easy to navigate and drive from this hotel. We sadly had very bad weather when staying here, which meant we couldn’t make full use of the outdoor pool and lounging area. But on the days we could sit outside, it was beautiful and very well designed for all guests to be comfortable. There is a private staircase down to the beach below which is a lovely addition. The beach below isn’t private, but it was beautiful nonetheless. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel everyday and there is plenty of options to choose from on both menus. Beautiful hotel, beautiful island! Would stay again!

Servicepersonal war, von der Reinigungskraft bis zum Manager, zuvorkommen, sehe höflich und hilfsbereit, Lage ist traumhaft, die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet

Eventuell könnte man über zusammenhängende Betten nachdenken-;)
