"The position top, appearance from out the front welcoming. Inside a let down"

It was close to everything.

Apartment old needed a good paint. More light in the lounge area. Carpet square needs replacing as curled up on corners easy to fall. Fix things properly instead of patching. Stop using chux cleaning wipes for lining of cultery drawer etc. Little yard out the back needs attending to make it comfortable to sit outside. presents well from outside but lets you down inside. furniture old. Lamp in lounge area won't stand properly.
