Amazing

DO NOT STAY here especially if you have children. This is similar to staying in the projects. There were long term residents hanging out in the parking lot arguing & being loud all hours of the night. The rooms were disgraceful. The bed linen was USED! We complained but house keeping never came. We had to change our own bed linen. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black within minutes. The parking lot is very sketchy & dirty. Also the pool is not open.

The stay at Sweet Dreams was horrible. It had crack heads banging on walls and doors. The website isn't true. It doesn't look nothing like in person. The refrigerator and doors had rust all over them. The tub even had rust in it. They had people outside asking about our vehicle. It was nothing pleasant, safe, or appealing about this hotel. Warning: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! It is horrible.

Only issue was the Internet had poor signal

Management thought I was trying to sneak my dog, I just didn't realize when I booked online and checked for pet friendly, and then signed some paperwork at check-in the form wasn't to pay for him. I had asked about booking two additional days, so I definitely wasn't out to sneak or get out of paying a $20 fee.? At 10:30 in the morning there's a banging on my door with someone telling me that I need to open up and that I've got a dog in there and I need to pay them. I had no idea who this person was, They carried no identification no name badge nothing, just said that they had a key and would come in if I didn't open the door. I'm a trauma survivor, old, stuck in travels from bad weather, so this situation was completely terrifying for me!! It very quickly escalated and she told me that I could check out. She didn't like having her hotel being used by people who booked through third-party sites because they don't make as much money anyway, when I told her she didn't need to be rude and that it was a simple misunderstanding and that I wasn't trying to sneak my dog she threatened to call the cops she even followed me to my vehicle and threatened to beat me up. I have never been treated this way in my entire life. I do plan on addressing it with the Better Business bureau. The reason I try to stay at smaller mom and pop hotels is because they are the ones in the most need over the bigchain hotels that are financially stable. This is a very disappointing experience. And I travel for work.

I found bugs crawling on the wall and floor. Towels were dirty and everything was just unsanitary
