The breakfast was good. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and nice.

I didn’t like that housekeeping came in my room without knocking on my day of checking out. Management handled the situation perfectly well.

Nice location and friendly check in staff. First room AC was not working. I was quickly moved to another room. Pros; nice breakfast, ample parking, cold AC and decent mattress. Cons; second floor (232) facing pool is very pound with kids swimming or screaming. Request odd number I was in 239. Terrible pillows, down and thin. Facial /body soap is a bar and leaves a residue. Dorm fridge door would not shut completely due to the freezer completely froze solid with excessive ice. I turned off and placed a towel to catch the water so the next guest won’t have to deal with it.

"Nice but disappointed with the room itself. Kinda rundown"

The property is run down. Sheetrock in the rooms, carpet in the hallway is bubbled and loose. The cabinet with frig is almost broke down. Looks like water leaks. I think it’s just in need of a big time renovation
