The thermostat in our room never dropped below 73, despite being set on 69. The day we left, it was 76 in our room! The mini fridge leaked. The toilet required two flushes to empty. There were two stray hairs in the shower. The staff was super nice and friendly!

"It was fine, but I will most likely look for another hotel next time in Mobile."

The location is excellent. They have a good breakfast.

Last time we stayed at this location, our room had a refrigerator and microwave. This room did not. Did not seem as nice of a room as previous stay. The water pressure coming out of the sink was extremely low.

Close to the airport Very nice and helpful staff Breakfast was ok (for US standard)

Not really clean (I found other guests‘ hair on the shower wall and on -fresh?!- towels !) Air conditioning was a nightmare. It was extremely difficult to turn it off! No shower gel, just shampoo, conditioner and soap bars. No real blanket for the beds. Just a linen and a bedspread (that‘s never washed)
