Hilton Helsinki Airport

The staff are amazing. I had potential bag issues with it not arriving in time (it did) however the staff were emphatic and told me how to get to the large shopping center nearby where I could potentially buy everything I needed.

The location and food are good.

I arrived 2 hour before the check in time. They charge 15 euro per hour for early check in that is 30 euro if I chose to do so. I stayed in a Stockholm airport hotel before, they charge 10 euro for early check in. I also stayed in a 3 star small hotel on Aland Island before arriving in Helsinki, they did not charge anything for early check in.

Location to the airport, good breakfast, friendly approachable staff

Unable to use bath tub, water wouldn’t stay in the bath, plug did not fit properly

location is key as we had a very early flight home. Stayed in the city for most of the trip and then over to the Hilton the night before our flight.

Check-in and out easy, good clean rooms and comfy beds.

Very noisy reception desk area, I had difficulty hearing the desk clerk. Also the desk clerk spoke very quietly and too fast for me.

Hyvät unet. Yöllä oli hiljaista. Erittäin hyvät hiustenhoitotuotteet (shampoo ja hoitoaine)

Pyysin suoraan hotellista tarjousta, kun edullisempi huonevaraus ei onnistunut. Tarjous oli kallis - bookingista löysin edullisemman.
