EVERYTHING! From the check in lady, missed her name, the bartender Linda, the cook Frank, the head maintenance guy Dave, check out lady missed her name, and the shuttle man and everything in between, we couldn't ask for a more better experience! Rooms were super clean! Highly recommend!

I'm not usually one to write reviews like this, but after what I experienced this past weekend, I felt like I had to say something. I was there as part of a wedding group, and honestly, I've traveled a lot over the years. This one stuck with me for all the wrong reasons. The first night was an absolute mess. Drunk adults, kids running all over the lobby with nobody watching them, music blaring. It felt like somebody threw a party and forgot there was a hotel around it. It got bad enough that the police had to show up, which I never expected at a Hilton. But here's what really got to me: that poor woman working the front desk. I stood there and watched full-grown adults, most of them parents no less, scream at her, talk down to her, say things that were just flat-out ugly. And she just kept her composure. Never raised her voice, never lost her cool. Honestly, she handled it better than most people would have, myself included. As a mom, I wanted to go behind that desk and give her a hug. That is not okay. What made it worse was the next night. You'd think management would come in and get things under control. Nope. Same circus, different night. Kids still running wild, adults still carrying on, and I later found out the person at the front desk that evening was actually the assistant general manager. If that's leadership, it was hard to tell. There was little to no effort made to step in, set the tone, or make the rest of us feel like we were in a safe and well-managed hotel. I tracked down a front desk manager, Michelle because I wanted to flag my concerns and also make sure that young woman from our first night got some recognition for how she handled everything. Michelle was not helpful. She came across as disinterested and a little dismissive, honestly. Not what you'd hope for from someone in a leadership position. It felt like I was bothering her. Add in some cleanliness issues in my room, and this just wasn't the stay I expected from a Hilton property.

Kevin checked us in and was very personable and informative. He let us know about the free popcorn and cookies. He also informed us of the hours for dining and breakfast. The dining area is beautiful and the food is very tasty. David waited on us and he was wonderful as well. Teresa drove us to the airport and sent us on our way. The staff is excellent.
