Clean and modern

No tea coffee making in room. Breakfast is not great, would be better with freshly cooked breakfast.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel zowel bij de receptie als het restaurant. Gratis koffie, thee en water. Fijne schone familiekamer Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Posizione decentrata ma ben collegata dai servizi pubblici. Ottimo il parcheggio per lasciare l'aito e andare in centro.

Tutto bene, per gli ospiti che non fanno una colazione potrebbe essere utile affiancare alla caffetteria libera un servizio di snack freschi, naturalmente questi ultimi a pagamento.

1. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. 2. As we used a private car, free car parking was very much appreciated. 3. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

1. We were in Haarlem for our last few days after four weeks of travelling before returning to Australia so we had a lot of luggage. We were amazed that there were only steps - and no ramp - available to get to the elevators on the ground floor (the separate lift from ground to first floor was out of order). For a modern hotel, we thought this was very strange. We had to go back outside and use the elevators on the other side of the road to get to our rooms. This worked out well but would have been very difficult if it had been raining. I suggest that a ramp is installed in the ground floor - there's plenty of room for this. 2. We chose to have dinner in Martinus restaurant on the Saturday night as our farewell dinner as two of group's father was named Martinus (all of our dads had emigrated from The Netherlands to Australia in the 1950s). Mostly the food was good (although my sole was very dry) but we all noted how ALL of the wait staff, while pleasant, reached over in front of us when serving drinks or food. They have obviously not been taught that the protocol is to "serve the guest from the left side and remove food from the guest's right side". It would do you business well to teach your staff this given it's a reasonably high-end restaurant. 3. My cousins commented that despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on their door, the staff had made up their room. They specifically did not want this as they "stuff everywhere" trying to get organised to pack to go home.

Super Frühstück, Sauberkeit, nettes Personal

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bad war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
