la ubicacion es lo mas bonito del hotel. la limpieza no esperes mucho, de hecho pasan al 3 tercer día. tienes que pedir el papel higienico. puede mejorar bastante el sitio y mas por el precio. es cierto que no es excesivamente caro para el sitio al que vas, pero tampoco es barato y son muy espesos

la limpieza, es justa justa. tuvimos que pedir papel higienico porque solo te dejan un rollo. el baño es algo pequeño. debajo de la cama, muebles y demas no limpian. los trabajadores del hotel son simpaticos pero hasta ahi, tampoco esperes mucho mas

The location was great, the room was good sized. The staffs were really welcoming and helpful! The property is really decorated thoughtfully.

I would consider this place more expensive than other places we stayed during our trip.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the recommendations they gave for dinner and they seem genuinely nice.

I stayed for three nights and was told upon arrival that there would be no one to come in to clean room until DAY 3, which was the day I checked out. I’ve stayed at nicer and lower end hotels and was never told that, regardless if they were short staffed or not. I was also told I was being upgraded to an ocean front room, but was not upgraded at all. It was a standard room so was disappointment about that. Also television in room was not working properly as it kept freezing when I tried watching a movie.

This hotel was nice enough. The room was big and comfortable. We had an ocean view room and it was nice to have coffee on the deck each morning and watch the ocean waves. They let you borrow beach towels, chairs and a small cooler for the beach. The room was quiet even though it was close to the road. Our room had a small kitchen with a sink, mini fridge and microwave. The hotel did not provide plates, utensils or paper towels. We stayed 7 days and housekeeping only cleaned the room one time. They claimed they were short staffed but that trope has fallen out of fashion. We had to take our trash to the dumpster and every day we had to take our towels to the front desk to get clean ones. We also had to ask the staff to clean off our deck because it was covered with dried pigeon poop after one windy morning. Parking was free. Kihei is a nice town with a lot of food truck and restaurant choices. Definitely an affordable part of the island.

The room was like a studio. Bedroom plus,a big extra lieving/dining/kitchenette room. The balcony is with a table and chairs. Ocean front, ocean view! Small beach across 2 lane road. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful service.

We stayed here in first week of November and it was great. Tevita at front desk was great at helping us check in late at night as we were arriving late. He was very helpful in all aspects. The hotel is located right on the stip where everything is nearby. Room was specious and clean. The price was decent as well. I would stay here gain when I am back in Maui again.
