Hôtel irréprochable par rapport à ce qui est mentionné dans son descriptif (pas d'ascenseur entre autres mais le personnel est particulièrement serviable et "helpful") Proche du centre , dans un endroit calme Restaurant sur place, très pratique Chambre et lit confortables

on peut regretter que pour le prix on ne puisse avoir de lit queen size Salle de bains très petite Loin de la gare

The staff are attentive and personable, the front desk is always tidy and the reception area is always immaculate, covered by a professional and welcoming member of staff every time. We have received exceptional service every time we have stayed at the mandolay.

Close to centre, it was clean and bedroom a decent size

The price of parking

Amazing experience at the Mandolay. Scarlett checked us in and showed us to put room, explaining how everything worked. I’ve not experienced customer service like this in a long time, just fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size with lovely Molton brown products. We headed to the restaurant where Katherine greeted us with a smile and showed us to our table. We had the afternoon tea, food and drinks were great and the service again was outstanding. Joyce made the best cocktails and ensured we were looked after throughout the afeyrnoon.
