Excellent stay

Everything was good apart from few minor issues in the room like Shower door doesn't keep water in No hooks in the bathroom for clothes Gap behind the sink.

Greet hotel

Beautiful, week-maintained property. It was very clean and the staff was very courteous. The valet parking was an issue as the early morning staff had no idea where our car was nor did they make any effort in informing us of their delimma (probably out of embarressment). Since we had to be at our appointment at 6 a.m., we finally asked what the issue was and took the car key to find our car ourselves.

Excellent location and very attentive staff—the rooms were clean and comfortable—honorable mention for the housekeeping staff—incredibly meticulous!

Overall good experience, rooms were bit small though.

Pathetic. Swimming pool and jacuzzi not working. Front office executives are non-courteous. Ms. Nonibala informed us that they intimate about non-operational pool and jacuzzi only to direct hotel bookings and not to third party bookings through hotels.com and expedia.com

Lot of dirt and garbage outside of hotel nerds cleaning up. Otherwise once inside the compound no issues. Staff are amazing 👏
