Sehr angenehmes und sauberes Hotel. Unter allen guten 4****-Hotels in Klagenfurt wahrscheinlich das beste.

Der Gast wird am Check-in genötigt seine Daten auf einem Tablet selbst einzupflegen - statt ihn vorbereitete Daten einfach unterschreiben zu lassen. (Frei nach dem Motto: Lass den Kunden doch selbst arbeiten statt Service zu bieten.) Dass Mailadresse und Telefon ein Pflichtfeld sind, ist völlig überschießend! Wozu bitte? Für die ordnungsgemäße Anmeldung ist das nicht erforderlich! - Bitte ändern Sie das dringend! Falls es diese Service-Wüste mit Datenkrake bei meinem nächsten Besuch noch immer gibt, werde ich dafür Punkteabzug geben.

"Sehenswerte Stadt"

Lage zur Altstadt perfekt und fussläufig. Frühstück war super.

Hatten Zimmer mit Stadtblick und Balkon gebucht. Zudem mit Klimaanlage. Blick war auf den Hinterhof, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht bei 30 Grad. Allerdings ist man uns bei der Abreise preislich entgegengekommen. Das war wiederum sehr aufmerksam.
