Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth

Clean and Quiet. Friendly helpful staff

The location was great, the presentation from the lobby to the room was also great. The room itself was specious, great air conditioning and comfy bed.

The rooms looked great but weren't the best. Multiple outlets did not work in the room, and one even sparks when using a different plug in on the same outlet. The shower shelving was ripping off the wall. The shower leaked profusely onto the bathroom floor.

Great location, just off the 3. Lots of businesses and places to eat in that location. Comfortable bed.

There was some kind of noise I think was coming from the elevator near the room that was somewhat annoying.

Tv was great. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean.

Breakfast was not as advertised. I paid extra for breakfasts included, thinking it was a buffet. It was not. Toilet was clogged when I got there. Could not access the wifi on all of my devices.

Right next to lots of shopping, gas, and restaurants. BJs is just down the street. We at at Friendlys next door. On the way out the next morning go Dunkin'Donuts across the street the other way. Clean facility. Friendly staff though very business-like. Room was clean and well laid out. Not much of a view considering the location. Our bed was lower to the ground, not high like a previous HIlton Garden Inn. Had a couch which we value. Quiet though we were on the first floor.
