"Good hotel needs maintenance"

Good location. Very clean facility.

Bed was too soft for my liking. Our door to room would not pull closed to lock. Reported to front desk and maintenance not available. Another worker came said building was settling and showed us how to lift up on door to lock. Maintenance never came to adjust door.

Everything about the hotel was fine. t is close to Rockport and Aransas pass, clean, newer, snacks are available, and the breakfast was fine. A great deal.

The check out. I needed my receipt printed and the clerk did not want to because I booked through Booking and could not do it. he did print out my receipt because I insisted. All hotels can do this--I am a frequent traveler and 70 years of age. I blamed who trained her to not be as courteous to customer who booked through your site.

Breakfast was acceptable. The person in charge of the breakfast food did a nice job of assisting people and keeping the area clean and tidy.

The lighting in our room very dim. We had requested early check in.i I called and the room was ready, but that there would be a $30 fee for checking in early.
