Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui

Our last stop in Thailand after stops in the north, Bangkok and Krabi and the Four Seasons was just what we needed to relax and recoup for a few days. Our first time to Koh Samui and the Four Seasons was so tranquil and serene and a nice break away from the crowds on the rest of Koh Samui, an island unto itself. The villa and resort were everything you could want to unwind for a few days. Stayed at several other 5 star hotels and resorts during our trip, but this was by far our favorite and if we ever return to Thailand would definitely stay again. Couple of minor disappointments. Booked the room about a week prior to our stay because our schedule was fluid, but we did not receive any communications from the Four Seasons until a few days prior to arrival and because we were traveling, we did not get to respond to their email on time to advise that we were staying as part of our 25th wedding anniversary trip. Also missed the email advising to download the resort app, so we could make dinner and massage reservations for the first evening. Lastly, on our last day, we had an evening flight from Koh Samui, and we asked to have a late check out by one extra hour. We were politely told the best they could do was half an hour. Understand they need to prepare the villa for the next guest, but felt like this was not a huge ask. The staff was friendly and amazing. My wife had a beachside massage and got bit by something on her face, but she was checked on repeatedly by staff

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Koh Samui for three nights in February, and from the moment we arrived, we were immersed in pure luxury. The staff, many of whom have been with the resort since its opening, radiate a genuine passion for hospitality, making us feel truly special. Every accommodation is a private suite facing the ocean, complete with a personal pool and outdoor living space, offering breathtaking views and the ultimate in relaxation. We were warmly welcomed by General Manager Jasjit Assi, whose hospitality and dedication to excellence set the tone for our stay. Dining was an absolute highlight. Breakfast, enjoyed while overlooking the island, was exquisite each morning. Pla Pla, located next to the beach, was the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch, and we were pleasantly surprised to experience one of the best Italian dinners we've ever had at the resort. Koh Thai Kitchen offered incredibly fresh and flavorful Thai cuisine, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my seafood allergy with care and attention. The pool area and Cocorum bar provided a serene escape, with attentive staff ensuring that every need was met as we lounged by the pool and beach. Our stay at Four Seasons Koh Samui was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of world-class service, stunning surroundings, and incredible dining made for an unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to return and stay longer.

I’ve traveled extensively for decades and this is of the most spectacular properties I’ve been to.

Everything was wonderful from the minute we arrived until we left. Our room was beautiful and luxurious. All of the staff were exceptional especially Mr. Ford, our butler. He was very helpful and make our stay at Four Seasons Samui smoothest and best time. I would recommend that Four Season Samui is the best hotel I have ever visited and will recommend all friends to come here if they come to Samui.

There are not enough words to describe this resort. It’s so picturesque even when raining. Every villa is quiet and private. The beds are comfortable and the dressing area and bathroom is spacious. The food is 10/10 and the staff are incredible. They make you feel like family. The buggy service is top notch and they will happily show you every corner of the resort if your desire. The view from breakfast is breathtaking and the beach and main pool are quiet and secluded. We absolutely loved every minute of our four seasons stay in Koh Samui right up being greeted at the airport by a Four Seasons employee who took our luggage and checked us into the airline! You really feel valued as a guest and I can not wait to visit again.

This resort has it all. A number of lovely restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches and the accommodations are excellent. The staff is courteous and polite and cater to all the needs of the guests. The food is amazing and the breakfast is spectacular.
