This resort is a world unto itself! The breathtaking landscape and lovingly cultivated natural environment immediately captivated us. The grounds are beautifully maintained, clearly cared for with genuine love by the dedicated staff. Every facility—from the individual villas and stunning entrance to the pool, beach, and spa—is not only gorgeous but radiates warmth and creates an incredible sense of well-being. Despite being located on a small island, the culinary experience never disappointed us. We sincerely enjoyed every meal and deeply appreciated the passion evident from all the chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team. What surprised and impressed us most was the staff's genuine hospitality, which came through so naturally in their words and actions. We stayed during my birthday week, and I suspect they noticed the date from my passport information. While I'm usually a bit shy about special attention, I found myself truly touched by their thoughtful gestures. Their way of celebrating my birthday felt incredibly sincere and came straight from the heart. The hotel General Manager personally welcomed us with warm birthday wishes, which was absolutely heartwarming. This resort experience provided the perfect remedy for my exhausted mind and has become an uplifting memory that continues to energize me in daily life. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality—you all genuinely elevated our summer vacation to an extraordinary level.

Karn did such an amazing job with my massage . Everything was so comfortable and I loved it so much! I will definitely be coming back to him!

We loved this place . The vibe is great and wanted too stay longer . The pool area and restaurant superb . Main kho Thai restaurant great but not excellent . Cocktails special in that famous area ! Staff superb and very friendly . Would highly recommend this plus moderate place in fishermans wharf .

Super nice loads of activities and staff are nice we feel very occupied everyday

Bed is bit small is queen not king which I think could be improved, if you like activities like diving or fishing the pier is bit far

Our stay at the Four Seasons Koh Samui was exceptional, easily one of our best travel experiences. The resort's attention to detail and proactive service are what truly set it apart. The high level of service was clear from the start, with a comfortable airport transfer with cold water and snacks. Throughout our stay, the staff was genuinely friendly and consistently went above and beyond. They sourced off-menu items like fresh mangosteens for us, and the buggy drivers, like Teddy, were always pleasant and helpful. The food was another highlight. A special mention goes to Chef Deepak, whose tandoori chicken was outstanding. He personally invited us to a complimentary cooking class which was a memorable part of our trip. We also enjoyed the daily ice cream on the beach and the variety of free fitness classes. The spa was excellent, and they were happy to accommodate our requests for specific therapists. Our villa was beautifully designed and very private, with an excellent pool and balcony that we used often. While the beach is a bit rocky, the resort provides water shoes, and paddleboarding is highly recommended. A small suggestion for the resort would be to consider an all-inclusive minibar option. We feel the added convenience would be a welcome luxury, even at a slightly adjusted rate. Despite that minor point, the combination of first-class service, high-quality food, and a beautiful setting creates a truly special experience. We highly recommend the Four Seasons Koh Samui and will for sure return soon.

It was so unforgettable that I’m already planning a return trip solely to savor it again. The attentive service and the warm, open-air setting overlooking the sea only enhanced the experience, making each bite a memory to cherish. The Secret Garden Spa also stole our hearts, with its tranquil treatment rooms nestled among the greenery. My partner and I indulged in a rejuvenating Thai massage, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, which left us refreshed and deeply relaxed. The villas themselves were a dream, with our private pool villa offering a spacious deck and an infinity pool that seemed to merge with the ocean below. The staff’s gracious hospitality, a blend of Four Seasons excellence and Thai warmth, made every moment special, from the cold jasmine-scented towels upon arrival to the personalized touches throughout our stay. It was worth every penny for the luxury, nature immersion, and unique experiences. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure, especially food lovers eager to experience Chef Frassanito’s culinary genius. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit!
