They changed my room assignment. The bed was very hard. The pool area was dirty, and the metal furniture had rust, there were cigarette butts on the pool deck, and the pool was not clean. The couch was all claw marks

Large property, clean room

1. Overnight sleeping was disrupted throughout the night (until 4:41am) by loud hallway activity. When the hotel is hosting many families, there needs to be extra staff available to monitor extra people in the hallway. The running in the hallway and yelling was extreme and annoying. 2. The morning breakfast did not supply enough food to accommodate the number of guests only 1 hour after it started. The pancake machine was broken, 2 out of 4 hot items were empty for the 20 minutes I was there. My husband decided to have the cold cereal that was available and the milk cartons were even frozen! Very underwhelming. 3. The mattress and pillows were too soft to maintain comfort during the night. 4. The hot tub was closed.

Breakfast was good, typical hotel breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary. We had the king suite with jazuzzi tub. Lots of room to site comfortably in multiple locations.
