"Good"

The hotel is conveniently located from the airport and the hotel shuttle bus is great. The Internet is not good as it dropped quite a few times. I am vegetarian, but there are very very limited options. The hotel room has coffee but no creamer! I think as an international 5 start chain I expected more.

"Hopeless Concierge Service"

Totally rude and incompetent concierge service spoilt it all Multiple people at the desk and none seemed interested in helping - on their phones the whole time on two occasions No concept of service whatsoever - a total contrast with the great help provided at the reception desk

"Enjoyed!"

It was a delightful stay. The GM is an extremely nice individual who will help you when needed. As an American in China that frequents the Baiyun Airport this is a great place to stay especially since there are alot of horrible hotels in the vicinity. I will gladly stay here again. What I enjoyed about this hotel the most was the 5 minute walk to the airport. Check in was easy and the staff treated us nice!

"Surprise Suite"

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived and were very impressed with the room. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable we have ever experienced. The service from all staff was impressive. We will definitely keep the Pullman on our list of favorite hotels.
