Staff, especially service staff (housekeeping and kitchen) were SO helpful and kind, and appeared well spoken to by front of house staff, which is valuable.

Rooms in summer VERY stuffy and there is no thermostat/climate control in rooms (windows do open) Location is further than given the impression from airport (though free X2 hourly transfer bus is 24/7)
