Very comfortable beds

Stayed two nights, the second night the key wouldn’t work. We were at the far End and it was cold outside. The clerk had failed to key it for two nights.

Breakfast was good, normal foods. Eggs sausage etc.. Front staff was nice, pet friendly.

Location was convenient, with easy interstate access and close proximity to several shopping and dining options. Breakfast was decent, about as good as instant eggs get, with a good variety of choices and a clean eating area.

Cleanliness: Trash was left on the floor near the sofa from a previous guest. Towels had a strong, unpleasant odor resembling vomit. The shower curtain had visible mold and mildew staining along the bottom and emitted a foul odor when wet. Reservations: We booked and paid for a double queen room but were placed in a double full room instead. This made sleeping cramped and uncomfortable. Facility Maintenance: The HVAC unit made a loud, clanking noise each time it turned on. We ended up shutting the unit off because it became so annoying. The bathtub had a significant indentation that caused water to pool while showering. The room phone did not work, and the television only worked on one station, so it was pretty much useless. Staff Conduct: We were awakened around 8:00 a.m. by cleaning staff repeatedly slamming doors while servicing nearby rooms, which was disruptive and inconsiderate.

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like or thought you could do better.
