The rooms were ok. The rest of the property, location and staff were actually terrible.

The staff was horrible leading up to our stay. They literally cancelled a room on their own, accepted no responsibility, then cancelled our entire stay the day before UMASS graduation. We rebooked through Hilton because we no other options but I would NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

"This is the only hotel in town. Staff was great, rooms were comfy."

Breakfast was expansive -- many options, and the serving area was clean and tidy. Water pressure in shower was very good. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet. Staff -- excellent, especially in light of the ongoing construction.

Ongoing construction in lobby area was distracting. Of particular interest was the fact that a door in the lobby hallway that lead to a future storage area had been put on backwards -- that's right, backwards. The entire door. The hinge jutted out into the hallway and the lock was on the outside facing the hall; to use the passkey allowing entry, you'd have to be IN the closet. We wondered how this could have happened and we questioned the level of construction supervision. The other "didn't like" factor was the parking lot. Two spaces for handicapped usage had tree branches growing over them in such a way that a vehicle using one of the assigned spaces had to drive into the overhanging branches. Parking lots are notorious for being a little peculiar, but this set-up made no sense. A few judicious clips with a pair of pruners would resolve the problem and allow the trees to continue growing properly while enabling guests to access the parking spaces.

Everyone I interacted with was happy and kind. My room was so clean, my bed was comfortable and big. We were able to fit my family of 4 including a pack and play with ease. Had a fridge for the baby’s milk! We loved breakfast and even with the location being under construction it still was clean and a lovely spot

The ac had a slightly musty smell when it first kicked in but it didn’t linger
