Hotel Bahia Dorada

La habitacion posee lo basico y estuvo limpio. Las instalacines del hotel se ven deteriorado, requiere mantenimiento. No me parecio que no tengan el servicio de prestamo de toallas para ir a la playa, cada quien debe llever su propia toalla playera.

El hotel tiene unas bonitas instalaciones, la habitación era muy cómoda, la piscina muy hermosa, todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable, solo que si quieres tomar la comida fuera de las horas establecidas no tiene servicio de restaurante y hubo un poco de caos en la recepción .

El hotel es comodo, sin embargo no es de lujo ni como apparentan las fotos ya q los acabados son delicados. La playa esta justo atras del hotel pero el mar esta como a 1/2 km. El hotel cuenta basicamente con el bufe del todo incluido pero en la cocina no tienen los ingredientes para preparar los platos q ofrecen en el menu. Nosotros quisimos pedir un sandwich y ni siquiera tenian pan. Es un hotel familiar ya que siempre esta lleno de niños y no ofrecen ninguna actividad. Por lo demas estuvimos comodos y relajados.

Después de entrar a la habitación y ver q el olor a humedad y mal mantenimiento no me dejaba descansar decidí usar mi laptop y encontré q el wi-fi no funcionaba como estaba anunciado en hoteles.com, luego fui a hablarles al lobby y no encontraron ninguna solución a mis problemas así que me fui al hotel quality inmediatamente.

The hotel is really at first when you come in its not very luminated but inside its beautiful the waiters, chefs, cleaners, security guards,lifeguard, people at lobby,etc. where super nice. The waiters made sure we were alright. The life guard made sure everything was alright too and everyone there welcomed you each day. I love that place and New Years is a blast!!!( There also seems to be a guard dog)

Checking into this hotel was scary. There were no other guests, the elevator was turned off and one of the two pools was green. If it wasn't pre-paid we would have just left. We later counted the guests, and there was a total of 6, *including* the four in our party. What also made this scary was the fact that you were isolated at the end of the pennisula. There was nothing else around except for the hotel and the beach. I had also read complaints that the water in the showers was salty. I didn't notice that, but it wasn't particularly warm either. So, most of the showers were quick. Having said that, the description here is accurate. The hotel did provide meals and snacks as well as drinks during our stay. (In fact, there were more staff than guests.) If there were people around or more things to do, this could be an okay place. However, I can't recommend it. Particularly if you have never been to El Salvador, you should not make this one of your destinations.

The pictures and description of this hotel are extremely misleading. The place is dirty, in serious decay, does not feel secure at all, does not have enough staff, not enough food in the restaurant and what is there is extremely bad. This was very disappointing and I feel ripped off because this hotel is not what is advertised. They offer an "all inclusive" package but there is no food in the hotel restaurant and nothing near by to go get. We had to starve at night because they just had re-heated slabs of meat at dinner. Security is a big concern when traveling in El Salvador, but this place has one guy by the entrance and no one watching the back gate by the pool which does not even have a lock.

Checking in was very easy, nobody to there to welcome us, Rooms are very clean but not too roomee, one elevator only, stayed for 5 days and during the first day of the week we were alone and the service gets poorer, swimming pools need more attention specially with the cleaning of it. the beach was awesome, service personnel needs more training. food its good but need more variety, i think the price is right for what you get. definitely I will come back someday.

Ambiente agradable, buen servicio, instalaciones comodas y limpias, pero debe mejorar el servicio de comidas, tener variedad y tratar de no repetir platillos, ya que cuando se está mas de 2 dias llega a aburrir. Las playas preciosas, muy limpias y seguras.
