What an awesome Hotel! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and steps away from the Stockyard. Loved every minute of our stay. This will be my “go to” hotel when we come back to Fort Worth. Truly one of a kind hotel. Highly recommend!

Nobody cleans your room! We are still actually here. Just 2 nights, but have you ever heard of a hotel that doesn’t bother cleaning your room and expects you to collect clean towels from reception if you’re only staying for 2 nights! Our Ed hasn’t been made and our bin hasn’t been emptied…. We even told the housekeeper as we were leaving to go out for the day, that our room was ready to clean. Nothing happened. It’s not cheap here 😡

Location is perfect and room layout was really good for a family and with a decent sized fridge. A more modern air con would make it better .

They didn’t honour the check on time or even acknowledge they had emailed a confirmation. They missed house keeping one day and they didn’t tell us about breakfast that it was complimentary or the times or even where it was .

Great location, couldn’t have asked for better in proximity to the Stockyards . Great staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Will stay again.

The location was great and the room was comfortable.

Our room was supposed to be ready at 3. At 5:15 we were told our room was not ready and had to wait about 30 more minutes. In addition an alarm (smoke detector) in our room at about 6am. We were not given a reason.
