"Dommage que le personnel aie cumulé les bêtises"

Très propre et bien équipé. Le prix est canon.

Une personne nous a appelé sur mon téléphone à 3h30 du matin pour nous demander quand nous arrivions…et le matin la femme de ménage a débarqué dans notre chambre alors que nous dormions ! Nuit courte du coût…

Located in an area with quick access to motorway

The primary and management staff were discriminatory about my lack of French speaking skills, over charged me for the stay and when I asked them to please correct the issue they became aggressively rude, began speaking negatively about me, in my presence, because they thought I didn’t understand any French. Their mistake. I asked them to cancel everything which became a slight issue with some behaviour seeming as if they were confused.

"Séjour très confortable et à l’écoute."

La literie est très confortable Les petits plus comme les sachets de thé, de café sont appréciés Le personnel a l’écoute et trouve des solutions lors de soucis

La propreté était douteuse dans la première chambre mais le personnel a été réactif et nous a changé de chambre.

Hôtel bien situé quartier tranquille parking sécurisé ma chambre sont propres le personnel de l’hôtel gentil

Les baignoires de la salle de bain sont à revoir car elles sont vieillot et usées

"Hele mooie kamer."

Hele mooie kamer met bad en douche koffie en thee. Vlak naast de snelweg dus ideaal voor overnachting.

Personeel is aardig maar praat weinig Engels.
