On nous a offert le petit déjeuner pour s’excuser de nous avoir fait attendre pour la deuxième fois parce que la chambre n’était pas prête.

Le site évoque un restaurant alors qu’en réalité il est fermé. C’est du snacking. Pas d’ascenseur, pour les personnes âgés de notre famille qui se sont retrouvés au 2e étage, c’était difficile. Petit déjeuner hors de prix en regard de la prestation. Check in ultra long pour avoir sa clé, alors que toutes les chambres étaient déjà payées : 30mn d’attente entre la première et la dernière des neuf chambres réservées. Heureusement que la dame de l’accueil était sympathique et agréable.
