"Excellent"

Nice, spacious rooms. Property and rooms very clean. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Property is quite old and requires some upgrading. The beach area is nice, however we questioned the cleanliness of the sea water, which in view of location to high populated area is to be expected. The area around Rabbit is a bit rundown, and construction underway so I expect future improvements.

excellent experience. Super friendly, helpful and respectful staff, resort maintained in excellent condition, room large and comfortable, bed firm but not hard. always cleaned and refreshed perfectly. breakfasts were excellent with great choices, fresh food and cooked just right. Restaurant food couldn't be faulted. 5 star experience all way. Two suggestions, would have liked more bottled water as needed more than 2 x 600 ml bottles daily. A gym would be great

The hotel had serious new road construction going on right on the property's section of the beach. To top it off, the power went out of our hotel room because of the construction. My wife and I just left and didn't even stay the night. We went down the road to Royal Cliff Grand Hotel which was a 10x better hotel for less money per night. In my opinion, when a beach hotel has this much construction going on, they should not be renting their rooms. They are advertising an experience they can not deliver on.

"Fantastic!"

Just a fantastic place to stay. Especially want to thank Ms. Gae at reception for being so kind and helpful. The rooms are wonderful. Great location -- very close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach. Nice pool surrounded by trees. The restaurant is OK. Breakfast is OK. Relaxing stay.
