I think the property needs renovated. The bathroom door was damaged and rotting at the bottom. There were no handles in the bath tub area. It's a hazard.

It was convenient to St Luke’s Hospital which is why we booked it. , it was clean.

1. Entry light was burned out, had to enter room in darkness and search for lamp. Called desk and was told maintenance man had left. It was 4:30pm. 2. Wi-Fi did not work at all. Had to use personal hot spot, which limited activity. 3.had to be at hospital by 5:30 am. Tried to get receipt before we left, but computer wouldn’t com up…probably slow wi-fi. It would have been nice to have fruit or muffins on counter. 4.The TV remote only changed up and down. To change channels, had to go through all the channels.

The rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was ready @6am. It’s going through rennovations. Ice machine only on 1st floor. It was okay for a place to sleep.

"Pleasant"

Our stay was disappointing. We have stayed here before and were very pleased at the service and the property’s appearance. This time we were not pleased. The receptionist was on her cell phone with someone yelling “I have a customer”. She never stood up to greet us either. The lack of care for the maintenance is evident upon arrival. The lobby seating area looks like something found on the side of the road. The elevator and surrounding walls were dirty and carpet padding showing. Upon entering the room we discovered the floor under the ac unit was wet. We did call the front desk and we were told the unit leaks and we could be upgraded to a king suite. We opted for staying in the room if it didn’t get worse. (It did not). The bathroom; the tub has stains from lack of picking up the rubber mat and cleaning and the door hinges are completely rusted. While taking a shower a towel had to be placed against the tub due to leaking. The bed frames are patched with duct tape. Granted the sheets were cleaned though places on the bed wrong. Needless to say we were just disappointed in the lack of care that LaQuinta has for this property. Next time, we pay more and stay across the street at Holiday Inn in hopes for a nicer stay.

I didn't like it at all.

It is a very old and dirty hotel, it smells of humidity, the doors are rusty, the breakfast is terrible, I always stay at La Quinta hotels because they are pet-friendly places and I had done very well but this time I am deeply disappointed, that hotel urgently needs a remodeling and apart from that the daytime staff is very inattentive, it seems like they do not care about anything, they are not friendly.
