Along a busy stretch of the beach, this hotel stands out. It’s located at a more tranquil section but within easy walking distance of all the activities, shops, eateries and night life. Easy access to the beach across the road, and particularly nice to see so many locals swimming and playing volleyball. Feels so safe, you can leave your bag unattended while you take a dip in the sea. Not overcrowded with sun lounges, like at the more touristy section further along. Stunning views of the sea, and sunrise/sunset from your room. Beautiful elegant architecture and common areas - lounge, lobby, cafe.

Rooms are fairly dated, some refurbishing needed. Hot water takes a long time to come through the shower. But otherwise ok.

Nagyon barátságos és segítőkész személyzet. A reggeli választék jó, a felszolgált ételek kiváló minőségűek. A kávé különösen finom! A szálloda nagyon közel van a tengerparthoz, csak egy úton kell átmenni (bár ez nem egyszerű). A belső medence szintén kellemes. Sajnos a spa zárva volt, azt is kipróbáltuk volna.

A kijelentkezéskor egy piszkos törölköző miatt plusz díjat kértek, egy 5*-os szállodától ez nem elegáns megoldás.

Very centrally located , right across from the beach . The rooms with a balcony that face the beach have a great view .

The reception staff aren’t as friendly as other hotels we’ve stayed at but the Doorman made up for it . He was always smiling when we left and when we returned to the hotel each day. Very stingy on the toilet paper as we ran out one day. They want a cash security deposit when you arrive and that was never mentioned in the booking. They wanted $100 USD but settled for 1,000,000 VND

It was a very glamorous and luxurious hotel to stay in. And we were out of the busy part of Nha Trang which we liked! Views were fantastic from all areas

Unfortunately when we went the hotel had stopped their beach service so the beach was open to all instead of exclusivity Some guests from Northern Europe were a little rude towards us

The room was absolutely stunning and the pool facilities were clean and lovely. We enjoyed the hotel's close proximity to Nha Trang's centre and found it easy to get around from here.

The breakfast included definitely could have been better and it was hard to find food that didn’t have pork in it - even the steamed green beans for some reason had bacon bits on them! Where there were vegetarian options, the ingredients weren’t clearly labelled so it was hard to eat anything but bread, salad or cereal. The staff spoke very limited English so explaining dietary requirements was so challenging that I gave up after trying to explain to the staff multiple times that we don’t eat dairy or pork. I was also disappointed that the spa was undergoing maintenance the whole time we were there, as this was a big drawcard for our choice to stay here.
