The T V worked. Adjoining rooms. Temperature was fine

The floors were dirty. The walls needed cleaned. The beds were old and soft.

The staff had promised to assign me a room away from the interstate but upon checking in, I was assigned a room facing the interstate. It took some convincing, after a second room on a different floor, but still facing the same direction, was assigned to assign a room facing away.

When my exit came and GPS told me I was at my location I seriously thought it was a scam. This place looked like an abandoned old holidome from the 80s with broken down vehicles and busted signage, weeds everywhere and NOT accurate photos online. Swimming pool and hot tub locked, I asked front desk and was told it was being worked on, I said there’s no one there? I was told it would be ready in an hour but it wasn’t so I gave up. It’s almost a haunted area by the pool with a pool table, tons of indoor vacant rooms, a few old video game machines but they were unplugged. The men who checked me in were nice and offered to help with bags if I needed it, the room was OK but very old. I was told I had a patio but it was actually a sliding glass door that went to a sidewalk looking over to a truck stop and someone’s RV so it was different. I felt over charged having paid $120 online then another $42 for my support dogs. Basic breakfast of waffles, cereal fruit etc.

Location was good, close to shopping & service station, rooms were very clean, quiet .

Breakfast could have been better, pastries were small and dry, no creamer for the coffee.

One young man brought my bag upstairs for me because there was no elevator. He was so nice to do that for me.

The property is very nice but showing it's age. The rooms on the east side are a little noisier due to the proximity to the interstate. The room was clean and well furnished. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

Great and friendly

No water for shower this morning, everything else was satisfactory.

Staff at the restaurant were great
