Home2 Suites by Hilton Lake City

We were first assigned room 101 right by the exit door which was very noisy from traffic and did not feel safe. we were changed to 2nd floor which was better but later the elevator got stuck between floors for 12 minutes with us inside ! I asked staff to call the Fire Dept but staff insisted they would fix it. They did although I tripped on the way out. The staff indicated it had happened before! Also, there were no wine glasses in the room or available - we were given paper cups.

Stayed there for my bridal party I loved the place but was up all night as I could not get the blind to close they sent someone up, but he couldn’t get it to close either so needless to say I did not get much sleep the night before my wedding.

Loved the location. Wonderful staff, especially the breakfast Attendant.

I would have loved for our room to be cleaned. I had to ask one of the housekeepers for toilet paper.

Home2suites Lake City is just a perfect combination of convenience, comfort and customer focused staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well appointed. The hotel continues to define hospitality with a capital “H.” Lake City has been a home base for our family through many life moments—both joyful and solemn—and this recent visit was for the latter, following funeral services. The warmth and care we experienced made a meaningful difference. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with familiar recognition by Jane and Crystal who showed a clear understanding of our situation. The staff thoughtfully accommodated our requests for room placements and handled check-in smoothly, even as family members—especially the kids—arrived at different times. When our group of about 15 gathered in the lobby, the staff went above and beyond. They were not only accommodating but genuinely attentive—checking to see if we needed anything and even helping us capture group photos. Their kindness helped create a sense of comfort and togetherness. This location continues to be a place where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and cared for—no matter the occasion.
