I was refunded only partial of my deposit without explanation why. I didn’t destroy or steal anything in the room. The bed has zero give to it and is very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows are completely flat.

My family and I couldn’t even stay at this Red Roof Inn due to how bad the conditions of the room were. The bed had visible stains, the bathroom had mold, and the smell of the room was extremely unpleasant. It was so dirty and uncomfortable that we had no choice but to leave. To make matters worse, I’ve been waiting for over a week now for a refund and still haven’t heard anything back. They haven’t even responded to Booking.com regarding the issue, which is very unprofessional. I strongly warn anyone considering this hotel — don’t waste your time or money. You’re better off staying at the Days Inn right next door, which is much cleaner and far more reliable.

Have stayed here many times. I was in room 116. Really missed having the usual alarm clock in the room. Will bring my own soap next time.Otherwise very nice.

The bed was comfortable

The room was filthy. You could see the filth on the walls and the door. The shower hadn't been cleaned. Hair in the drain. Bedding was dirty.
