Homewood Suites by Hilton at The Waterfront

Always amazing. Kitchen staff incredible. So attentive! The older Asian lady (I forget her name) is always so helpful kind and fun to talk to!! We light up when we see her!! This place is our go to for Wichita. The in Room kitchen is no perfect! Bed and pillows are perfect but the duvet is not comfortable and stiff and rough ..we always remove it and use the blanket inside of duvet.

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. But pillows were very very flat. Please get new pillows so they aren’t flat as a pancake. Also Not sure if they were having a sewer issues but lobby smelled like sewage we stayed this last weekend.

Always clean. Always friendly. Great for a family. Nice outdoor areas to relax and for kids to play.

We spent the night at this property while traveling through Kansas. We had a very nice stay. It's one of the best 2 or 3 Homewood properties I've visited (and I have visited many). The property is very nice. Pretty much everything is a notch above most other Homewood properties. Our room was clean and comfortable.....also quiet. The hotel sits on a lake and has a very nice courtyard area on the water. There's a walking path around the lake. The pool/hot tub is indoors and is well maintained. There were a huge number of towels available. Breakfast was well done. It was a notch above the typical Homewood breakfast and the dining area is very nice. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful. They all greeted us nicely. My only disappointment with this property is the fitness room. It's very small and crowded. There are a few cardio machines and a cable machine crammed in the corner. There was a bench but no dumbbells. It needs to be bigger. As I'm writing this, I'm staying in another Homewood property. It has solved the space problem by having 2 fitness areas.......one has cardio and the other weights. It works well. The fitness room is the only reason I did not rate the property as a 5.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time for business, and I was completely impressed with the staff at this location. Everyone from the front desk to the server at breakfast was accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Clean, extremely well maintained, fantastic staff. From the front desk to Rubin, the maintenance manager, the staff were friendly and helpful. We always stay here when we are in Wichita. Stores and restaurants are an easy short walk away. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel. I can see why it’s been the best in the nation year after year.
