"Nice stay and good experience"

This hotel is classified as international hotel which means personnel can communicate well in multiple languages. The reception is nice and friendly. The bell-person handled my luggage well and took it up to the room. The room was large and comfortable with GREAT view. It has great access to local pub and restaurants.

"Convenient place to stay"

Been staying here for almost 10 years now when it was names Parkview Hotel. Rooms are adequately equipped although pretty basic. Breakfast is pretty basic but sufficient as a stomach filler. The reception staff were well trained, efficient and attentive although the two staff in attendance on the day of checking out seemed pretty "cold", so somehow felt it could end better !!

The stay was great. Be aware of a possible change in booking. Breakfast has normally been included in the booking. It was not this time to my surprise.

nice receptionist staff for check in and check out. Very tough staff at cafe they must have your room deposit similar to what you have spent for dinner/meal if you want to charge to your room account and pay at check out. There is a breakfast police to check every guest room key if your breakfast is not included in the room rate.
