Difícil gostar de algo neste hotel !!

Serviço de receção amador ,café da manhã sem qualidade! Camas desconfortáveis! Localização horrível! Não entendo como será possível, este hotel ter 4 estrelas !! A pior experiência que tive num hotel classificado como 4 estrelas !
