El hotel queda muy cerca de la mayoría de lugares turísticos, así que pudimos disfrutamos caminar. La amabilidad del personal desde el ingreso hasta nuestra salida es de resaltar. Los desayunos muy variados y deliciosos. Las instalaciones cómodas y lindas

Deberían incluir menú para bebés, a la hora del almuerzo no hay muchas opciones por decir ninguna. Tampoco hay opciones vegetarianas o veganas

Lo cómodo para lo que fuimos a Cali, congreso en el mismo hotel

1. La habitación reservada y pagada no fue la entregada. 2. Caja fuerte nunca fue reparada , al tercer día ofrecieron cambio de habitación. 3. Al tercer día logré que pusieran toallas de mano. 4. Aire acondicionado funcionaba regular. 5. Mini bar no funcionaba, lo arreglaron u duró medio día bueno La experiencia de este fue muy mala a diferencia del año anterior que fue buena
