Hotel Location , Eslam in the main reception and Mahmoud Samir from Reservation team are helpful

Some of the staff never smile especially when they're serving non foreigners It seems like they're doing favour for you , WiFi is very weak No night activities especially for kids and families Poor bathroom drainage is often due to poor floor slope.
