Room was clean, staff was amazing, people in other rooms seemed to be partying and careless and neighbour hood was sketchy

There was no soap in the shower.

Great location.

The air conditioning did not work. Coffee was not stocked in room for second day.

In fairness, the bed, linens and pillows were clean and comfortable. The location is quiet.

The room reeked of old cigarette smoke as soon as I opened the door. There are burn stains on the bathroom vanity and edge of the bathtub. Unfortunately, this is not rare in RMWB with older hotels so I accepted it and stayed on. In the morning, I noticed disgusting urine or vomit on the base of the toilet. I did inform the desk when I checked out. I will not stay at this hotel again. The rate seemed like good value, but upon checking in and finding the above conditions, along with there being no breakfast included, it is not good value.

Terrible service. The music from the restaurant under my room was so loud and went well past 10 pm, the bass was shaking our bed. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Not sure why they would have music playing so loud that it disturbed guests.
