C'est un hôtel que je connais et dont je suis habituellement satisfait lorsque je viens seul pour le travail. Cette fois-ci, je suis venu en famille, avec notre petit chien. Tout était presque parfait sauf le troisième lit comme expliqué dessous. Merci à Malika pour la chambre toujours impeccable et au personnel sympathique de façon générale.

Le troisième lit ! Je n'ai pas fait de photo mais on peut le voir sur le site internet. C'est un lit superposé au-dessus des deux autres lits principaux. C'est une horreur ! Nous nous sommes tous cogné la tête plusieurs fois chacun, parfois en nous faisant mal. Il est très mal conçu. Dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner ne soit pas autorisée aux chiens. Heureusement, avec le beau temps, nous avons pu bénéficier de la terrasse. Sinon, nous aurions dû venir déjeuner à tour de rôle.

Le fait de devoir être obligé de faire notre inscription avec une machine alors qu'une employée était présente. Est-ce une étape avant la disparition totale du personnel ? C'est une pitoyable conception de l'hospitalité.
