3泊を予約したところ、システム上の問題か、1泊と2泊に予約が分けられてしまった。 チェックイン時にその旨を伝えたが、「2泊目以降の予約はない」の一点張り。 埒が明かないので、とりあえず1泊目のチェックインをした後に、Hotels.comのサポートに連絡し、すったもんだの後に2泊目以降も利用することができた。 あと、門限があり、門のロックを解除するコードについて説明がなかった。 自分は以前に利用していたので、どう対応すればいいか知っていたが、それを知らない他の客が、夜に門の前で困っている場面に何度か遭遇した。 それ以外は全て快適です。 部屋によってはバスタブもあり、お湯も安定して出ます。 コーヒー類は有料ですが、カップは無料でもらえます。
