Hampton Inn & Suites Rockland

Liked the breakfast and location

Didn't like having to clean off and around our car from the snow. We are lucky enough to have someone plow and shovel when we are home

I liked that breakfast was included, it was convenient, the staff was friendly, helpful. I love staying at this hotel but possibly due to being school vacation, that's why do pricey? They have a gym, indoor pool, laundry on site. So it's a great hotel. Just need to lower rates and update rooms after certain amount of years.

I'm not understanding the charges I just got for 320 on my card when I've already paid and then some . And a charge for 10 bucks. Also, upon closer inspection, the room is definitely worn, been used a lot as on first floor, the wood trim is pretty much non-existent, the bathroom counter has burns or marks all over it, the shower tile had some mold on it.

We had an outstanding stay here. Our room was spacious and clean, The beds were comfortable. Blinds covered the entire window well so the room was completely dark. The shower water pressure was strong and the towels were fluffy and high quality. Breakfast the next morning was a notch above the normal hotel breakfast fare. The eggs were delicious as were the fried potatoes and bacon. They also had muffins, whole bananas, apples, and oranges, as well as a large bowl of cut-up fruit. Best of all were the scones: blueberry and lemon poppy seed. The hotel was quiet and neither of us felt unsafe heading out solo to the cars in the late evening. I also want to note my room needs had changed after I made my initial reservation. I called the hotel directly, speaking to either Aubrey or Audrey. She was immensely helpful and my needed changes were made correctly. I’d happily stay here again when in the area.

Our stay was one night .We were out dancing . Then went to Hampton Inn. Everything was clean ,nice. Also have a breakfast bar. The price was low . We did not have time for the pool. There is an Applebee's next door. We had a great stay. Thank you Hampton Inn.

We had a great stay. It’s close to everything and the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast had a great variety and was yummy.
