Hampton Inn & Suites Rockland

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Large rooms with space to spread out. Nice pool, gym, and an amazing complementary breakfast with a large selection that was hot and fresh! Price was great too!

We like going there so we can have a room with a hot tub in it. The tub was really clean. But when we checked in, the clerk said that the hot tubs were being removed.

There seemed to be an issue with the heat in our room. We really couldn’t get it regulated like we wanted it. Also the hot tub rooms are being removed and replaced with regular queen rooms. The breakfast definitely left something to be desired. The breakfast is usually quite good. But this time, the bacon was beyond over cooked, the potatoes were way too spicy.

Staff at night not as accommodating as I felt they should have been , television kept cutting out, no accommodations were attempted

The pool we used clean staff great breakfast excellen close to areas I wanted to visit

Noted that there was a lot of homeless people across the street I could see from my room kind of sad

We had a couple of issues due to construction and the staff responded quickly and went above and beyond to solve the problem. Every staff member we encountered was positive and attentive.

I would like to request that you add real scrambled eggs to the breakfast menu instead of the pre-made omelets.

Clean room friendly staff. Hot tub in the room was big selling point.
